*** Jordan, Powers, Mulcahy, Sheridan are the NEISA Co-ed Sailors of the Week***
Newport, RI – 10/12-13/19 – Ansgar Jordan ’22 skipper, Lindsay Powers ’21, Patrick Mulcahy ‘23 and Conner Sheridan ‘22 of Tufts University are the NEISA Coed Sailors of the Week after winning the NEISA Match Race Championship and Larry White Trophy. The Jumbos sailed incredibly well winning all their races in the Quarters and Semis. There was no racing after the Semis so results reverted back to the round robin rank. Bowdoin finished second and both teams will represent NEISA at the ICSA Match Race Championship November 1-3 at Corinthian YC in Marblehead, MA.
***Agerup and Mooradian are the NEISA Women Sailors of the Week***
Annapolis, MD – 10/12-13/19– Maia Agerup ’22 and Grace Mooradian ’21 of Boston University are the NEISA Women’s Sailors of the Week after placing a strong runner-up in A-division at the Jen Harris Women’s Showcase Finals hosted by US Naval Academy this weekend. The pair placed in the top ten in nine of the ten races sailed. A very difficult feat considering the difficult light air conditions.

NEISA Claimed the top three places at the Women’s Showcase Finals at Navy. Christine Klingler and Sonia Lingos-Utley won B Division. Bowdoin won the Women’s Showcase B event at St Mary’s. Yale University won the Captain Hurst Bowl at Dartmouth.
